Everyone wants to look their best and dream of achieving smooth , flawless, wrinkle free and acne free glowing skin. But, in present time it seems to be quite difficult because of various reasons . For instance : pollution , sun rays , dirt , poor diet , not getting enough sleep ,etc.

 So to overcome your skin problems like acne, blackheads, wrinkles, blemishes, dark spots,  etc. and to improve your skin health ,we can follow some tips for skincare which will help you to get clear skin naturally.

Follow these easy skincare tips to make your skin glow naturally:

1. Washing your face regularly – 

It’s one of the foremost skincare tips that you must include into your daily skincare routine. Using face wash on daily basis helps you to remove dirt and impurities from the face and gives you a refreshed skin. It’s vital for removing the dead skin cells from your skin. While washing your face , don’t neglect behind the ears & neck and pat dry your face ,be gentle.

2. Using Sunscreen :

We all know about the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiations(UV rays) which we receive on the earth planet  from the sun. It effects our skin very harshly and damage your skin health( example : sun burn, tanning, pigmentation). So to protect yourself from the sun rays , use of sunscreen is a life saver process. 

  • How to apply:

Apply it on your 3 fingers and gently rub it on your face and dab it until it gets absorbed into your skin. Always remember that sunscreen should be applied 30 minutes before leaving the house so it gets absorbed by the skin.

  • When to reapply: Reapplying sunscreen after swimming or excessive sweating is a must to protect yourself from the sun rays damage. Use sunscreen which doesn’t leave behind any white spots on your skin, is water resistant.  
  • Where else to apply: We think only our face needs to be protected from the rays, but that’s not the case, because our body gets fully exposed to the UV rays and body gets tanned, so to avoid this we must wear sunscreen on neck, hands, and the parts where your skin gets exposed to the sunrays.  It will help you to protect your skin from getting tanned , prevent pigmentation, wrinkles, etc.
3. Use of Vitamin C

We all know about some of the benefits of using vitamin c – helps you from the sun damage, improve skin texture and gives you even skin tone, reduces dullness and scars. So it does wonders to your skin and keeps you hydrated . It plays an essential role in keeping your skin healthy.

4. Get yourself enough sleep: 

Getting yourself enough sleep is quite important because while we are asleep, our skin repair and revitalize itself as blood flow to the skin .

  • Effects of not getting adequate sleep:

We are so much indulged in our work that we don’t get quality sleep which effects our

(a). skin :- dark circles, dullness on your face, wrinkles, uneven skin, puffy eyes, etc.) and

(b). health :- obesity, depression, heart disease, etc.

Allow yourself to sleep for 7 to 8 hours , so that your skin rejuvenate by itself.

5. Eat a healthy diet: 

Healthy diet plays an essential role in improving your skin health and how we look. A balanced diet which is rich in minerals and proteins can do magic for your skin. If you’re consuming a healthy diet full of protein, vitamins, minerals ,etc. it directly reflects on your skin and keeps you charged for the whole day. 

6. Moisturize your skin:

Every skin is of different types(example- oily, dry, normal, & combination) and need different types of skincare, but moisturizing your skin is a must for each type of skin because hydrating your skin is as important as water is for human.

 Application of moisturizer helps us to retain the moisture which in turn helps the skin to be hydrated, clear, and soft. Always remember to use moisturizer according to your skin type, because not doing so can make your skin worse.

7. Sufficient water intake: 

Everyone knows about the benefits of water and lack of water dehydrates our skin which results in acne problems, dry skin, faster aging process, wrinkles , etc. At least 7 to 8 glass of water intake is necessary to flush out harmful toxins from your body and  to keep your skin acne free, hydrated, moisturized , soft & smooth.
